I appreciate their work and service. They are professionals and know what they’re doing in their line of work! I appreciate them because they literally put a “new”roof over my family’s head! One night I had a major leak from a bad wind storm. I asked around and my friend referred me to Magic Roofing Co. I was worried because it was so late night that they wouldn’t come out. It was around 9pm but I need my roof to stop leaking. I called them and they were glad to come out to help my family. They were able to put a blue tarp over my roof to stop the leaking for the time being. I was so thankful! They were a blessing to come help because it leaked all over my master bedroom and a few other areas. I have 2 kids so it made it very stressful for us so I am def grateful. I asked them what I needed to do now and Chris Durnin, the owner, said he can help me file a claim with the insurance company and walk me through the process. At first I was worried because his guys said I would need a replacement roof. Chris was very thorough with explaining to me about making a claim and next steps. Overall, He has a positive attitude and the workmanship was great. His people were up to the task and they were very optimistic in getting the work done in a timely manner. They were very professional and I was able to get my new roof. I would definitely recommend his services/roofing to anyone of my friends/family. I never dealt with something like this as to putting a claim to fix my house, I’m glad I had someone that was knowledgeable and could help me through it.
